1. Service description
A2P Desk provides software-as-a-service tools that generate informational packets and diagnostics related to US Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging compliance. We do not submit campaigns on your behalf, do not interface directly with The Campaign Registry, and are not an aggregator, CSP, or messaging provider. We are not affiliated with Twilio, TCR, or any US carrier.
2. No guarantee of approval
A2P Desk does not guarantee that any specific campaign, brand, or registration will be approved by TCR, Twilio, your CSP, or any carrier. We guarantee only that the packet produced by our software is complete against documented requirements as of the rules version printed on the packet. Approval is determined by independent third parties.
3. No legal advice
Nothing on this website or in any A2P Desk output constitutes legal advice. If you need legal advice, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use A2P Desk to:
- Generate packets for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal messaging campaigns.
- Submit content that violates TCR, carrier, or applicable government regulations.
- Misrepresent your business identity, EIN, or registered information.
5. Refunds
One-time packets are refundable within 7 days of purchase if the packet has not been downloaded or generated. After generation, packets are non-refundable. Subscriptions are cancellable at any time and stop renewing at the end of the current period.
6. Async-only support
Support is provided exclusively through dashboard tickets and email. We do not provide phone, video, or chat support. Response target: 1 business day.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, A2P Desk's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; significant changes will be posted on this page.
