How it works
From rejection to resubmission, async.
1. Decode your rejection — Free
Paste the email, dashboard message, or CSP feedback you received. Our deterministic rules engine plus Claude classify the rejection cause, score the risk 0–100, and return the top 3–12 fixes.
2. Generate the packet — $199
A 10-screen wizard collects your brand info, audience, message types, opt-in details, and privacy policy URL. We produce campaign description, welcome + sample messages, opt-in CTA copy, screenshot checklist, privacy policy SMS addendum, and a step-by-step Twilio Console submission checklist. Export to PDF.
3. Submit — manual or API
You choose the path:
- Manual paste. Copy each artifact into the matching Twilio Console field (or your CSP's submission form). The packet PDF tells you which field gets which content.
- Trust Hub API (BYOT). Connect your Twilio account using a Standard API Key you create yourself. We orchestrate Customer Profile, A2P Trust Product, Brand Registration, Messaging Service, and Campaign on your account in sequence, handling Twilio review states and resumability. We are not a CSP/ISV — every resource lives on your account and you can revoke our access from the Twilio Console anytime.
If you get rejected, run the decoder on the new feedback or upgrade to Rejection Rescue ($499) for async human review.
What "BYOT" means concretely
- You create a Standard API Key in Twilio Console (NOT the Master / Account auth token).
- You paste the SID and Secret into A2P Desk once.
- We encrypt the Secret with AES-256-GCM and decrypt only on use.
- Every Twilio API call we make on your behalf is recorded in your audit log.
- If you delete or rotate the key in Twilio, we lose access immediately.
- TCR fees, vetting fees, and per-message carrier fees flow through your Twilio bill, not ours.
What we don't do
- Phone calls or video meetings.
- Act as a CSP / ISV. Your Twilio account stays yours.
- Pay TCR or carrier fees on your behalf — they flow through your Twilio bill.
- Guarantee approval. We guarantee completeness against documented requirements.
- Sell or share your data.
