Frequently asked questions

Do you guarantee my campaign will be approved?+

No. We guarantee completeness against documented requirements as of the rules version printed on your packet. Approval depends on TCR, your CSP, and US carriers — all outside our control. Be skeptical of any vendor who promises approval.

Are you affiliated with Twilio?+

No. A2P Desk is independent and not affiliated with Twilio Inc., The Campaign Registry, or any US carrier. Twilio is referenced because it is the platform many of our customers use.

Will A2P Desk file the campaign for me?+

Yes if you want — and no if you'd rather paste yourself. There are two paths. The manual path produces a paste-ready PDF for any provider (Twilio direct, Bandwidth, Telnyx, GoHighLevel). The API path lets you connect a Standard API Key from your own Twilio account; we then orchestrate Customer Profile → A2P Trust Product → Brand → Campaign on your account via the Trust Hub API. Either way you stay in control.

How is the Trust Hub API submission secured?+

Bring Your Own Twilio. You create a Standard API Key in your own Twilio Console; never the Master/Account auth token. We encrypt the Secret with AES-256-GCM at rest, decrypt only when making a call, and log every call (method/path/status — never bodies) to your audit log. If you delete or rotate the key in Twilio, we lose access immediately.

Are you a Twilio CSP / ISV?+

No. We never act as a Campaign Service Provider or Independent Software Vendor on your behalf. Every Twilio resource we create lives on your account. TCR fees, vetting fees, and per-message carrier fees flow through your Twilio bill, not ours.

Why no phone support?+

Most of our customers and our founder don't enjoy or want sales calls. Async support is faster, less stressful, and produces better records. Every workflow is a form, packet, or dashboard ticket.

How do you protect my data?+

We strip emails, phone numbers, EINs, and SSN-shaped numbers from any text we send to AI providers. Sensitive intake fields are masked in our database. Packets are auto-purged after the retention period unless you subscribe to Compliance Vault.

What if my campaign is rejected after I use the packet?+

Run the free Rejection Decoder on the new feedback. If the new rejection is for a different cause, generate an updated packet. If you want a human to look at it, upgrade to Rejection Rescue ($499) for an async review within 1 business day.

Do I need to pay TCR or Twilio fees separately?+

Yes. TCR brand registration, vetting, and per-campaign monthly fees, plus Twilio's US A2P brand registration fee, are paid directly to Twilio in the Console. They never appear on our invoice.

Can I resell A2P Desk to my agency clients?+

Yes — Agency Desk and Agency Plus include workspaces, reusable client intake links, and white-label PDF export.
