What we collect

• Account email and (if used) hashed password.
• Brand and campaign intake details you enter in the wizard.
• Rejection text you paste into the decoder (truncated to 200 chars after PII scrubbing).
• Stripe customer ID for billing.
• Server logs (IP, user agent) for security and rate-limiting.

What we do NOT send to AI providers

Before any text is sent to AI services for classification or refinement, we strip emails, phone numbers, EINs, and SSN-shaped patterns. We do not transmit your password, Stripe details, or full personal addresses to AI providers.

Retention

Packet PII fields are auto-scrubbed after the retention period configured for your account (default 90 days). Subscribing to Compliance Vault disables auto-scrub.

Your choices

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@a2pdesk.com.

Third-party processors

• Stripe (billing).
• Anthropic (AI classification and refinement).
• Postgres provider of your choice (Neon, Supabase, RDS, or self-hosted).

Cookies

We use a single session cookie for authentication. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.
